This comprehensive HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) course is designed for professionals working in environments where low voltage electrical systems are present, as well as those who want to enhance their emergency response skills. Participants will gain essential knowledge and hands-on experience in both CPR techniques and low voltage rescue protocols, ensuring they are well-equipped to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Course Objectives CPR Training:
- Acquire the skills needed to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will practice techniques in realistic scenarios to build confidence in their ability to save lives.
- Engage in hands-on training sessions that simulate real-life emergency scenarios, allowing participants to practice CPR techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors.

What are the entry conditions?
To be awarded the (current) Unit of Competency: UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel, the below pre-requisites must be provided:
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (delivered as part of this program)
Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN)
Participants should possess basic language, literacy, and numeracy skills to ensure they can comprehend training materials and instructions effectively.
Certification/Training Record
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a nationally recognized Statement of Attainment for:
- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
